Our Mission
Our mission is to acquire individual clinics and chains on a national scale, offering current owners continued involvement and revenue share. This involves enhancing quality, eliminating unnecessary operations, ensuring uniformity of high-quality service, and achieving cost efficiency through scalable, inorganic growth.
We will achieve rapid growth through aggressive acquisitions of mid to large-sized diagnostic labs with imaging facilities, each generating revenues of Rs. 5-10 Crores. By 2024, our goal is to acquire 2 labs, reaching a revenue milestone of Rs. 10+ Crores. Looking ahead to 2028, we plan to expand our portfolio to encompass 30-50 profitable labs, positioning ourselves for a potential public offering or strategic sale to an industry leader.

Dr. Nirmal Jain
Dr. Jain boasts a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, marked by leadership roles as CEO, Vice Chairman, Independent Director, and Advisor. With over 25 years at Tata Group of Companies, he orchestrated significant growth as CEO of Tata Infotech Ltd., tripling company revenue during his tenure. At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), he spearheaded expansion into Europe and Asia-Pacific markets and oversaw organizational growth from 200 to 10,000 employees.
As a strategic advisor and board member, he shapes company strategies, identifies core competencies, and enhances operational efficiency. He actively mentors start-ups, guiding them in strategy development and organizational growth. Additionally, his academic background includes an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and excellence.

Mr. Saumil Shah
Mr. Saumil Shah is an accomplished Chartered Accountant, widely recognized for his deep expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and international taxation. After graduating with honors in 1996, he enhanced his qualifications with a Certificate in International Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2000. With over 25 years of experience, Saumil has occupied significant roles at leading tax practices, including Partner positions at KPMG India, PwC India, and Dhruva Advisors in Mumbai. His global exposure is highlighted by notable stints at KPMG in Silicon Valley and PwC in Bangalore.
Beyond traditional accounting, Saumil has a comprehensive grasp of critical legal frameworks essential for effective M&A execution, such as tax laws, SEBI regulations, NBFC rules, FEMA provisions, and international tax treaties. His expertise includes designing and managing intricate divestment structures and succession plans, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor in high-stakes transactions. Additionally, Saumil actively invests in and mentors emerging businesses and holds positions as an independent director on various boards.

Throughout his career, Dr. Hegde has held pivotal roles in various healthcare organizations, where he has spearheaded transformative initiatives and achieved remarkable milestones. At Apollo Clinic, his strategic foresight and leadership were instrumental in navigating startup challenges, optimizing clinic processes, and fostering a culture of excellence among colleagues. Subsequently, at Karva Diagnostics, Dr. Hegde's focus on enhancing cardiovascular imaging accessibility and patient safety measures resulted in significant advancements, including the organization's inaugural pediatric cardiovascular CT and MR procedures and the surpassing of 25,000 annual CT and MR examinations. His emphasis on quick responses during emergencies and the improvement of soft skills further elevated consumer satisfaction and solidified Karva Diagnostics' reputation as a trusted provider of diagnostic services. He has served as a Vice President and Chief Radiologist at Medall Diagnostics, worked with RP Diagnostics and Muthooth Diagnostics.
Mr. Bharat Kanani
Mr. Bharat Kanani, a seasoned professional holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), brings over 27 years of extensive expertise in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) management within the Indian market. He is renowned as a startup mentor, growth advisor, turnaround specialist, and M&A facilitator.
Mr. Kanani has held pivotal leadership roles, including CFO at 20 Microns Ltd, CEO of Saraf Foods Ltd, and positions as CFO & COO at Permionic Membranes Pvt. Ltd. He is the proprietor and founder of BRAM Fincom Advisors and Bharat Kanani & Co., where he continues to lead with distinction.
His comprehensive experience spans the entire lifecycle of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, from inception to liquidation, encompassing investment evaluation, deal structuring, investment monitoring, and value enhancement. He is adept at negotiating exits from portfolio companies, forging strategic partnerships, and conducting rigorous due diligence.
With a track record of overseeing 30+ business sale and exit deals valued at over INR 2500 Crore (US $330 Mn), Mr. Kanani is recognized for his exceptional skills in financial management, business transformation, and driving sustainable growth. He serves as a Super CFO and Independent Director in both public and private limited companies, contributing significantly to their strategic and operational excellence.
Mr. Anupam Prasad
Mr. Anupam Prasad is a seasoned legal professional with over 17 years of experience in general corporate and commercial law. Specializing in funds, private equity investments, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, he has advised numerous clients on India entry strategies, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Mr. Prasad has also developed expertise in fintech and data privacy law, leveraging his certifications in FinTech Law and Policy, Global Data Protection Laws, and Personal Data Protection Compliance to help clients navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure compliance.
As the Founder Partner of AP Law Chambers, Mr. Prasad has led the firm since April 2020, driving its growth and success. He also serves as a Certified Personal Data Protection Compliance Consultant (FDPPI) and Certified Mediator (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs). Mr. Prasad is a mentor for the Fashion for Good Innovation Programme and also a member of the Foundation of Data Protection Professionals in India. His previous roles include has been associated with leading Indian law firms, such as Indus Law, Khaitan & Co and Nishith Desai Associates including as a Partner.
Mr. Deep Shah
Deep Shah is a dynamic professional with a bachelor's degree in engineering from BITS Pilani, complemented by a minor in finance. His distinguished career includes tenure at Credit Suisse, UBS, and Edelweiss Financial Services, where he honed his expertise in quantitative analysis and financial services.
In early 2024, a personal experience sparked Mr. Shah's entrepreneurial journey into the diagnostic industry. Dissatisfied with the service provided during a visit to a lab with his grandfather, Virchand Shah, who had experienced an accident at home, Mr. Shah resolved to innovate and enhance the diagnostic experience to positively impact millions of lives.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Shah has held numerous leadership roles within Toastmasters International in both India and the USA. His contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards such as Toastmaster of the Year, Excellence in Education, RISE Award, and Area Director of the Year. Notably, he served as a Select Distinguished Area Director for District 6 in the USA (MN, USA), President of Mumbai Orators TMC, and Vice President of Education and Membership, earning the Triple Crown distinction.
